Meeting room rental is $25 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours, $100 for 4 hours, and $160 for a full day (8 hours), with no membership required. Running a bit over an hour? Book 2 hours, or extend on the spot by booking the next slot if it's still open.
-
Your confirmation email doubles as your access pass: the door code, directions, and how to find your room are all in there, so keep it handy. Arriving early to set up is fine, up to 15 minutes before your booking if the room is free. Meeting someone there? They can walk in with you.
-

The four rooms seat 1 to 10 people: at the Olive Drive location, Room 1 (ground floor) and Room 2 (upstairs) each seat 10 and Room 3 is a private 2-person room; the I-House room seats 8. Every room has a large screen you can plug into (HDMI, plus AirPlay or Chromecast in most), a whiteboard, fast WiFi, and coffee and tea nearby. Food and drinks are welcome in the rooms; when you're done, please put food trash and bags in the exterior trash containers.
-
Very close at both locations. Davis Coworking @ I-House sits directly across from the UC Davis campus at 10 College Park, just off Russell Boulevard. Davis Coworking @ Olive, at 720 Olive Drive, is a short bike ride from central campus and about a 20-minute walk, making both convenient for dissertation defenses, committee meetings, student group sessions, and visiting-scholar interviews.
-
The Olive location is right off I-80: take the Richards Boulevard exit (the first Davis exit coming from Sacramento) and you're at 720 Olive Drive within a minute. For I-House, continue through the Richards underpass and follow First Street to Russell Boulevard, about 5 minutes from the freeway.
-
The Olive location is about a 5-minute walk from downtown Davis through the Richards Boulevard underpass, and roughly a 10-minute walk from the Davis Amtrak station (Capitol Corridor). I-House is about a mile from the downtown core, at the edge of campus.
-
About 15 miles: roughly a 20-minute drive from downtown Sacramento straight down Interstate 80, with the Olive Drive location at the very first Davis exit. Sacramento International Airport is around a 25-minute drive. For Sacramento-area teams, it's often faster to meet in Davis than to cross town, and the room includes free parking.
-
Yes, free parking at both locations: a lot at 720 Olive Drive and the I-House lot at 10 College Park. No downtown parking meters, no permits, no garage fees.
-
Yes. The rooms are quiet, private, and set up for exactly this: large screens with HDMI, whiteboards, fast WiFi, and instant online booking by the hour ($25), half day, or full day. Court reporters, hiring teams, therapists, and remote workers with a big call regularly book them, and there's coworking space outside the room if part of your group needs a place to work between sessions.
